Learning About Eczema

I have been suffering from an outbreak of eczema on my lower right leg since the middle of January. Most of it cleared except for one growing patch.

The patch on the left was treated with Spectro Excema Care during a flare up along with Shea Butter under it then covered an ice applied for intense itching. However after I applied a body cream that is completely organic and natural from honeygirl.com it led to a slight flare-up on the right photo. Not sure if that's a good sign.
