Lung Protocol for Blood Type B

It's that time of year again for allergens and humidity. I thought I'd list the protocol for my blood type since I do follow the blood type diet for B non-secretors and also the SWAMI food list for my genotype.

Pulmonary Protocol:

Redoxa- 2 capsules once or twice daily
Thyme - 5-10 drops of tincture once or twice daily

Tea: Add two tablespoons dried herb to one cup boiling water, let stand ten minutes, and strain. Drink three times per day or as often as necessary for relief.

Ginger - 1-2 capsules twice daily (1.5% essential oils)
Andrographis pan - 300 mg; 1-2 capsules twice daily

Zinc - 15 mg. daily
Vitamin C - 250 mg. 1 capsule twice daily (Acerola Cherry or Rose Hips)
Proberry - 1-2 twice daily

Non-secretors -

Vitamin A, 10,000 units one capsule daily
Co-enzyme Q10 - 30 mg, twice daily with meals

Also here's some interesting facts about thyme.

Lung transplantation has evolved over the past several decades in patients with end-stage lung disease. Single and bilateral lung as well as heart-lung transplantation has been utilized in the setting of severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) when all other therapeutic measures have been unsuccessful.
