Diagnosis Asthma

When I told my family this summer I have been diagnosed with asthma, they weren't quite sure why. I have researched and found that if a person has a history of allergies in the family then that sets the person up for developing asthma. I think that is what has happened to me. However, I am a very mild form compared to some. Here is a link that describes the process of diagnosing asthma.
